The 7th annual Camarillo Celtic Fair will be held on Friday April 28th and Saturday April 29th at Constitution Park, located next to Camarillo City Hall. This is the largest single free one day Celtic festival on the West coast. The Celtic Fair will commence on Friday April 28th with a free concert in the park under the stars from 5:00 pm to 9:00pm. Friday night's entertainment will contain Scottish bagpipers, Irish Dancers, and Celtic song. Saturday's events start off at 10:00 am with much of the same type of entertainment as Friday night only going until 7:00 pm. Some of the highlights booked for this year's entertainment will be the Greenway Academy of Irish Dance, The MacKinnon Highland Scottish dancers, Claddagh Irish dance school, The Clan Macleod Dancers, The NPHS Chamber singers, and the Festivals favorite Pacific Coast Highlanders Bagpipe band. This year the Celtic fair will feature over 50 unique and distinctly different booths consisting of lots of terrific food and drink, some of the finest Celtic vendors anywhere, lots games and activities for the kids, and terrific entertainment for the whole family. Admission and parking are free to the public. Directions to Constitution Park, take the Carmen Drive exit off of the Ventura (101) Freeway and head north for about a half a block.
